Mentoring Packages
Mentoring offers ongoing strategic support for practitioners who are actively building or reshaping their practice and want continuity rather than one-off input.
This is for those who have moved beyond initial uncertainty and are ready to develop their niche, refine their offers, strengthen their visibility, and grow in a way that is sustainable and realistic.
Over time, we work on both immediate decisions and longer-term structure. The focus is not on quick fixes or rigid formulas, but on building something solid that reflects your experience, values, and capacity.
Support may include:
- Refining and developing services beyond 1–2–1 work
- Strengthening niche and positioning
- Pricing and income progression
- Building audience and professional reputation
- Diversifying offers and income streams
- Strategic problem-solving as your practice evolves
Package Options
3-Month Mentoring – £650
One structured 90-minute session per month.
6-Month Mentoring – £1,350
Monthly 90-minute sessions providing continuity, accountability, and structured growth.
Additional sessions: £175 per hour (2-hour minimum)
Start Smart – Foundation Support for Early-Stage or Returning Practitioners
Start Smart is designed for early-stage or returning practitioners who feel confident in their client work but unsure how to structure the business side in a way that is realistic and sustainable.
This is a structured foundation package delivered across two focused sessions. Rather than learning through trial and error, we work through the key decisions that shape your practice from the beginning, so you are not constantly revisiting pricing, boundaries, or working patterns later.
Across the two sessions, we typically cover:
- Setting fees that reflect market reality and your stage of experience
- Defining what you will and will not offer
- Structuring working hours in a way that fits your life
- Clarifying niche and positioning
- Communicating your services clearly and professionally
- Avoiding common early-career pitfalls
The two-session format allows space for reflection and implementation between meetings, so decisions are considered rather than rushed.
