Therapy and Counselling


I offer online therapy and integrated support, drawing on over 25 years’ experience working with individuals across
a wide range of emotional, relational, and life challenges.

This work supports people who want space to understand what is happening for them, process emotion, and
move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and direction.

Sessions are offered remotely and are designed to fit around real life.


Online Therapy

Therapy is offered via telephone or video call, providing flexibility, privacy, and ease. There is no travel and no waiting rooms. You work from your own space.

People come to therapy for many reasons, including anxiety, self-esteem, relationships, decision-making, work-related stress, or feeling stuck in life or work. Sessions focus on understanding what is going on for you and finding practical ways to move through it.

Integrative Therapy

Fee: £120 per session

Initial consultation (20 minutes): £60
Required before starting.

Integrative sessions combine counselling with tools drawn from hypnotherapy, coaching, CBT, and positive psychology.

This approach allows work at both a conscious and subconscious level, focusing on patterns, beliefs, and blocks that may be contributing to difficulties or feeling stuck.

Hypnotherapy

Fee: £120 per session

Initial consultation (20 minutes): £60
Required before starting.

Focused, goal-based sessions using clinical hypnotherapy to support change at a deeper level.

Often used for anxiety, confidence, habits, sleep issues, and similar concerns, hypnotherapy works with subconscious patterns to support safe and effective change.



Counselling

Fee: £95 per session

Traditional talking therapy offering a safe, supportive space to explore thoughts, feelings, behaviours, and patterns.

You do not need a diagnosis or a specific goal. Sessions are shaped around what feels most relevant and useful for you.

Text-Based Counselling

Fee: £75 per session

Live, real-time text-based counselling sessions, that take place on WhatsApp, for those who prefer to write rather than speak.

Sessions offer the same level of focus and support in a written format, which some people find easier to process.




Booking Information

Sessions are 50 minutes unless stated otherwise.
All sessions are delivered remotely via telephone or video.
Many clients begin with weekly sessions.

Blocks are based on weekly sessions.
