When People Use It

You open Talk It Through and put it down as it is. The conversation, the parts that are sticking, what feels off.

It follows the detail and starts to pick up on what matters. It may bring your attention back to something you moved past, or highlight something you had not fully noticed.

As you go, things become clearer. You can see what actually bothered you, what you were reacting to, and what part of it is still unresolved.
