AI Digital Partners for Therapists, Coaches & Wellbeing Professionals

Our Digital Partners are AI tools for therapists, coaches and wellbeing professionals, licensed for professional use.
They support practitioners in their own thinking, reflection, planning and workload, and, with the right licence,
can extend the support you offer to clients between sessions.

They are designed for therapists, coaches and wellbeing professionals who want structured,
private support that fits around the real demands of their work.

Licences Introduction

Our Digital Partners are licensed according to how you use them in your practice, from your own use only, to giving clients access, to creating resources you can sell. Every licence works with whichever partner you choose, Abbie, Nova or Ava, because the licence sets how you can use it, not which partner you get. Each licence is for one practitioner and one Digital Partner.

Practitioner Licence: £2,500 a year
For your own use. Reflect, plan, track what’s changing across sessions and create bespoke resources for your current clients. Clients don’t have access, and resources aren’t for sale.

Try it first: a one-week trial is available for the Practitioner Licence only. It costs £195, and if you go on to buy the licence, £100 is deducted from the annual fee. One trial per user or business.

Practitioner Licence Plus: from £5,500 a year
Everything in the Practitioner Licence, plus access for up to five clients at any one time.

Professional Use Licence: from £10,000 a year (£1,500 deposit)
Everything in Practitioner Licence Plus, with access for up to ten clients at any one time, full commercial rights to sell what you create, and image generation tools.

How Licences Work

All licences run through your own paid ChatGPT account, and you don’t need to be tech-savvy to use them. If you’ve got a phone, tablet or computer, you’re good to go. Each licence is for one practitioner and one Digital Partner, and sharing across multiple practitioners requires additional licences.

With the Plus and Professional licences, you let us know which clients to add or remove, and each client receives their own private access. As with anything you share with ChatGPT, client names and identifying details should never be entered.

Payment can be made in full or split across three monthly payments (total slightly higher). Licences include up to three minor updates a year, and additional support is available on request.

How Practitioners Use Our Digital Partners

Practitioners use our Digital Partners in different ways depending on the licence and the partner, from reflecting after demanding sessions and processing what’s unfolding in the work, to understanding difficult relationship dynamics, tracking what’s changing across sessions and creating bespoke resources for clients.

Practitioner Licences

Abbie

Abbie supports practitioners in unpacking self-doubt, emotional overload, and decision fatigue that can build up through holding space for others. She is often used when your own needs get pushed aside by the work, helping you slow things down and regain perspective.

Practitioners use Abbie to reflect after demanding sessions, work through moments of uncertainty, and reconnect with their strengths without having to perform, explain themselves, or stay in “professional mode”.

Ava

Ava supports practitioners in understanding relationships of all kinds, whether that’s the dynamic with a particular client, a working relationship that has become difficult, or personal relationships that take the strain when so much of your energy goes into others. She is often used when something between people feels confusing, draining or hard to untangle.

Practitioners use Ava to step back and see what is actually happening in a relationship, notice patterns that keep repeating, and clarify where their own reactions, choices and boundaries sit within it. Her role is to bring clarity to the dynamic, not to judge it, so you can decide what you want to do next.

Nova

Nova works as a reflective space between client sessions. Practitioners use her to process difficult moments, clarify what is unfolding in the work, and explore emotional residue before it begins to affect capacity or judgement.

She is particularly useful for noticing patterns over time, thinking through complex material, and creating a sense of containment between sessions. Nova’s role is structured, steady, and non-clinical, offering insight without assumption or interpretation.

Other Ways to Work With us

If you’d rather not hold a licence, you can recommend Otto to the people you meet through your work and earn commission through our referral programme.
