A Line Worth Adding to Your Website
If people talk to you, you’ll know the ones I mean. The thing mentioned at the end of an appointment. The person who says they’re fine in a way that isn’t. The one who tells you more than they’ve told anyone, and then puts their coat on and leaves.
Some can’t afford it. Some don’t want it. Some don’t know there’s anything else. Most of them leave with whatever they came in with.
Most of them are never going to book an appointment with anyone. Not because they can’t, but because they’ve decided that isn’t what they want, and they’re not going to change their minds.
There’s usually nothing to point them towards.
So here’s a line you could put at the end of your emails, or on your website:
